Chief People Officer Joins SciVida

RALEIGH, NC, July 18, 2022 – SciVida is pleased to announce that Kiely Flanigan, MBA, PhD, has joined the firm as Chief People Officer (CPO). Kiely is a talent management executive with broad experience across all aspects of human resources, with expertise in workforce strategy, talent development, organizational communication and culture, employee experience, and change management.

The CPO role is critical to realizing SciVida’s mission of being a preeminent life science boutique consultancy, and Kiely is the perfect fit to propel the firm toward achieving it.

In addition to her doctorate, which focused on the professional development of management consultants, and her MBA, Kiely has worked as a management consultant in life sciences—she truly understands what SciVida’s employees do, how they do it, and the needs and challenges they face.

Uniquely qualified to oversee all things people-related for SciVida, Kiely will lead the continuum of talent development as the firm scales into the future, including our people strategy and processes (recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, mentoring, diversity, and performance management), employee experience, and organizational culture.
