Consulting Magazine Names Nathan Guskiewicz a 2026 Rising Star

SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 12, 2026 – SciVida is pleased to announce Consulting Magazine has named Nathan Guskiewicz, Senior Consultant, a Rising Star of the Profession for 2026 in the category of Leadership and Culture.

Consulting Magazine launched the Rising Star award program in 2007 to identify and recognize outstanding young professionals in the industry, and in 2026 the publication revamped the categories of recognition to focus on the ways these up-and-coming leaders are already changing how the consulting profession operates.

Nathan has been a foundational force in establishing and sustaining the culture, community, and success of the firm’s San Francisco office and broader west coast presence. Nathan is SciVida’s veteran San Francisco office team member, having joined the company before it opened its first physical location in the Bay Area. Nathan plays a central role in shaping the employee experience, particularly for new hires.

His approachability, reliability, and high standards set the tone for how work gets done and how people show up for one another in the San Francisco office. This is evident in the quality work he develops and delivers to our clients and how he collaborates with others. Nathan earned a bachelor of science in biomedical engineering and health sciences from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC) and an MBA with a healthcare focus from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Known for his analytical rigor, collaborative spirit, and commitment to helping clients and colleagues alike succeed, Nathan combines technical depth with strategic perspective, making him a trusted partner in navigating complex challenges across the life sciences landscape.

Nathan will formally accept this award at the upcoming Consulting Magazine Rising Stars 2026 ceremony and reception in Chicago on April 16, 2026.
