Key Responsibilities

• Work closely within engagement teams and with clients to conduct primary and secondary research; develop logical and insightful analyses; create innovative and effective recommendations; and develop well-structured, high-quality deliverables
• Realize high levels of client satisfaction
• Assist in developing intellectual capital
• Play a supportive role in practice development (i.e., we’re a small and growing firm and offer a unique opportunity for people to help enhance the firm’s capabilities)
• Play an active role in enhancing the firm’s high-performance culture

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top-tier institution with a relevant concentration (e.g., business, economics, science, engineering) and strong academic record 
• A strong passion for and understanding of dynamics and issues in the life sciences industry
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
