Julia Hoina and Ben Maimon Promoted to Partner at SciVida

RALEIGH, NC, March 2, 2026 – SciVida is pleased to announce the promotion of both Julia Hoina and Ben Maimon to Partner.

Upon joining the firm five years ago as a Senior Consultant, Julia Hoina quickly established herself as a creative problem-solver and an expert across multiple analytical methodologies who sets an extremely high bar for excellence on her projects. Within a year she was promoted to Associate Principal, a role she readily mastered.

After being promoted to Principal in 2023, Julia shined as she developed into a strong leader who delivers distinctive value to the firm and to her clients. Clients consistently turn to Julia to tackle some of their most complex challenges, earning her trusted advisor status.

Ben Maimon, PhD, joined SciVida three years ago as a Principal and has been a trailblazer in building out the firm’s west coast business. He is a gifted consultant with an exceptional knowledge base in both consulting methodologies and biomedical engineering, giving him a unique perspective on the science underlying his clients’ business needs. Since joining the firm, Ben has steadily strengthened both his business development and leadership skills and played a key role in establishing and building the firm’s San Francisco office. Ben is a respected thought partner with an exceptionally positive reputation with clients.
