SciVida Earns Top Spot Among Boutique Life Sciences Consultancies in Vault 2025 Rankings
RALEIGH, NC, Feb. 12, 2025 – Vault’s 2025 Best Consulting Firms survey rankings are official and we are pleased to announce SciVida jumped even higher to the #3 spot among boutique consulting firms (firms with fewer than 750 consultants), up from #5 last year, and is the highest ranked life sciences firm among all boutiques. This recognition reflects the hard work each team member puts in every single day to establish SciVida as a preeminent life sciences boutique consultancy of choice. 
SciVida was also named once again to the prestigious Vault Consulting 50 for 2025, Vault’s signature list of the best consulting firms in North America irrespective of size.
Notably, SciVida also ranked among the TOP 3 across all firms in several areas, including firm leadership, overall business outlook, work-life balance, and informal training and mentoring, and in the TOP 5 for firm culture, formal training, selectivity, promotion policy, satisfaction, interaction with clients, and relationships with supervisors. SciVida also earned high rankings in the Vault diversity categories for women and race/ethnicity.
SciVida is proud of the firm’s climb in rankings in light of being a relatively nascent firm and having only begun participating in the Vault survey with the 2023 rankings when SciVida debuted at #11. The firm jumped to #5 in 2024 and has now hit the top 3 in 2025. The Vault rankings are based on thousands of employee surveys from hundreds of consulting firms and reflect how current team members feel about their employers as a place to work.
