SciVida Named a Top-10 Boutique Consulting Firm Three Years in a Row
RALEIGH, NC, Feb. 11, 2026 – Vault’s 2026 Best Consulting Firm rankings are out and SciVida is pleased to announce it is in the top 10 on the boutique list for the third consecutive year, earning a ranking of #7 among firms with fewer than 750 consultants.
SciVida was also once again named to the prestigious Vault Consulting 50 for 2026, Vault’s signature list of the best consulting firms in North America irrespective of size.
Impressively, SciVida climbed to the top spot among North American consulting firms of all sizes in the areas of firm leadership and overall business outlook, with #1 rankings in both. SciVida ranked highly in several additional areas, including informal training and mentoring (#3), promotion policies (#3), relationships with supervisors (#4), interaction with clients (#6), level of challenge (#8), formal training (#9), innovation (#9), and satisfaction (#9) among the hundreds of firms participating in the survey.
Because the Vault rankings are based on thousands of employee surveys from hundreds of consultancies and reflect how current team members feel about their employers as a place to work, SciVida is particularly pleased with its ranking in the top 10 among firms of all sizes for satisfaction. Employee satisfaction is as important to firm leaders as client delight. SciVida measures employee satisfaction every month through quantitative and qualitative feedback from the team, shares the metrics and results with the entire workforce, listens to their input, and makes adjustments accordingly.
SciVida leadership efforts are strongly focused on delivering on the firm’s core values, investing in the development and success of employees, and offering solutions that address clients’ pressing business needs, and the Vault survey results demonstrate these efforts have been instrumental in the success and growth of the company over the past year. As an example of how these priorities take shape, the firm devoted an entire session to values and beliefs at the 2025 year-end strategic planning meeting that brought the full SciVida team to Raleigh in December. Breakout groups identified ways SciVida values and beliefs are already being incorporated and where there are gaps, brainstormed how to fill the gaps, and prioritized efforts based on their impact for both employees and candidates.
In addition to employee satisfaction, firm culture is also a differentiator for SciVida. SciVida’s tightknit team and culture of feedback where employees are remarkably invested in helping others to develop and succeed is uncommon, even coveted, in the industry. Many of the areas measured in the Vault survey in which SciVida ranked highly reflect key elements that contribute to SciVida’s extraordinary culture, such as informal training and mentorship, relationships with supervisors, innovation, formal training, and selectivity.
