RESPONSIBILITIES

The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for contributing to the overall recruiting strategy and operations of our experienced-hire and on-campus recruiting efforts across the firm. This role will be performed on-site in our Raleigh, NC, office. The Recruiting Manager focuses on enhancing our end-to-end candidate experience that reflects our culture and values. This team member will support efforts to enhance our candidate outreaches and assessment capabilities to ensure a great fit for our firm. As a member of our People team and reporting into the Chief People Officer, the Recruiting Manager will serve as a thought partner to senior leadership and play an active role in the development of a best-in-class recruiting capability.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partnering with senior leadership to create and manage the firm’s recruiting strategy
  • Incorporating industry best practices into SciVida recruiting strategy, tools, and processes
  • Analyzing trends in the marketplace and monitoring competitor dynamics to inform strategic recommendations
  • Developing creative sourcing strategies to identify diverse top talent at all levels with the skills and experiences needed to establish SciVida as the preeminent life sciences boutique consultancy and partner-of-choice
  • Raising SciVida’s reputation and profile with top talent through strategic channels and forums
  • Managing our candidate database and developing a map of the life sciences consulting talent universe to support our ability to identify, select, and retain a world-class team
  • Interviewing candidates to determine role qualifications and culture fit
  • Ensuring candidates have a positive end-to-end experience and serving as their primary point of contact at SciVida
  • Managing candidate communications, including outreaches, interview scheduling, and onsite interview day experiences
  • Building candidate profiles and developing key messages that reflect the needs and interests of our target candidate pools
  • Presenting recruiting updates and data-driven insights to the recruiting leadership team and in firm-wide meetings
  • Providing training to consulting team members on how to lead effective candidate interviews
  • Facilitating calibration discussions with recruiting teams to drive alignment and effective decision making
  • Managing university relationships for on-campus recruiting and participating in campus recruiting initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A strong passion for and understanding of recruiting dynamics in life sciences consulting
  • 5+ years consulting recruiting experience, with at least 2 years recruiting experience in life sciences consulting
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated professionalism and integrity
