Senior Consultant

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
3–5+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely within engagement teams and with clients to lead primary and secondary research; develop logical and insightful qualitative and quantitative analyses; create innovative and effective recommendations; guide/manage junior staff in completing project assignments; and develop well-structured, high-quality deliverables
• Own and present significant portions of client deliverables 
• Develop and manage external relationships (e.g., client, vendor, external experts)
• Train, coach, and mentor junior team members and serve as a thought partner to colleagues
• Realize high levels of client satisfaction 
• Assist in developing intellectual capital 
• Play an active role in practice development 
• Help in pursuing new business development opportunities

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of success in executing and delivering strategy consulting engagements to life sciences companies—or in the healthcare industry (required) 
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (required) 
• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution with a relevant concentration (e.g., business, economics, science, engineering) and strong academic record (required) 
• Advanced degree(s) (e.g., MBA, PhD, MD) (preferred) 
• A strong passion for and understanding of dynamics and issues in the life sciences industry (required)
